When we're open

We answer the phone Monday to Friday and Saturday morning. Outside those hours, send us a WhatsApp or an email and we will pick it up first thing. For genuine electrical emergencies (no power, burning smell, exposed live wires), call us first whatever the time and we will take it from there.

Our home base is Hethersett, and from there we cover the full South Norfolk catchment for domestic and smaller commercial work. For commercial air conditioning and larger installations, we travel across the whole of Norfolk and into parts of Suffolk. How quickly will I hear back after sending a message?ShowHide

Weekday enquiries usually get a reply within a few hours, and always the same working day. Anything sent over the weekend is answered first thing Monday morning. If it is urgent, call us rather than using the form and we will pick up straight away during opening hours.

Do you charge a call-out fee?ShowHide

No. There is no call-out fee for standard work across our South Norfolk coverage area, and no obligation to go ahead after a quote. For locations further afield we will always agree any travel cost with you up front before anything is booked in.

Yes. We give you a clear, fixed written quote after a free survey, with a breakdown of exactly what we will do and when. There is no pressure to book and no charge for the quote itself.

We answer the phone Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays, though emergency callouts can be arranged. Outside opening hours, send a WhatsApp or an email and we will pick it up first thing.
